Mr. Adinarayana Rao – Director, Legal & Compliance

Mr. Rao is responsible for managing the legal, contractual and regulatory functions of IMTS, including corporate governance, transactions, commercial licensing, intellectual property, employment law, litigation and legal support. A multi skilled professional with an excellent legal and administrative skills.

The diversity of more than 15+ years background as an Attorney enabling well rounded experience to multiple areas of law, a legal Counsel needs to handle.

Mr. Kushal Shah – Director, Corporate Relations

Mr. Shah comes up with professional experience of 10+ years, in the Insurance/ TPA & Outsourcing domain, with International exposure, especially in GCC & MENA region. Previously he has held a number of significant cross-functional roles in Operations, Customer Services and Management with ICICI LOMBARD General Insurance Co, which is INDIA’s No. 1 General Insurance Co (Private sector), servicing more than 10 million lives under health portfolio. He has traveled extensively through out MENA Region and spent ample time in GCC to understand the market & to get well versed with intricacies involved in TPA/ Insurance/ Health care Providers.

Mr. Shah is IMTS’s customer advocate throughout all aspects of the customer lifecycle. Managing all the interactions between IMTS and its customers ensuring each maximizes the value of their investment. He is responsible for increasing revenue, building a sustainable sales pipeline and maintaining the highest levels of customer service through effective account management practices.

Mr. Sundeep N – Consultant, Systems & Support

Mr. Sundeep has a previous working experience with world’s leading technology support provider, IBM Global Services. He is a Business Analyst with over 7+ years of experience in Requirement Analysis, Business Analysis, Strategy Development and Technical Solution Development. He carries expertise in understanding business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Mr. Sundeep is responsible for IMTS’s systems and support, overseeing system administration, support, and the technical consulting practice. His domain expertise includes development of web applications on HealthCare / Medical Systems, Mobile Applications, E-Commerce and Analytics Applications.

Mr. Kalyan Ram – Consultant, Information Security

With over all 20+ Years of experience; 18 Years in IT Infra & Security and more than 8 Years into Management Consulting and Auditing, Mr. Kalyan lends his support to IMTS for adhering to Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policies, Standards & Procedures.

Demonstrating the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), key task is to establish and enforce security policies to protect the organization’s computer infrastructure, networks and data. He further balances essential access to data and systems with high levels of security.
